A topper – in Czech, „svrchní matrace” (top mattress) – is a layer typically 5 to 10 cm high, which is placed on top of a mattress and secured with elasticated straps at the corners. Although it's a subtle accessory, it can work wonders for a bed: it extends the mattress's lifespan, improves its orthopaedic properties, and increases sleeping hygiene. For continental beds, the topper is an integral part of their construction – it is what creates that famous "hotel bed" feeling.
What a topper is used for
The topper performs three main tasks. Firstly protects the mattress — it absorbs the daily wear and tear, sweat and abrasion, meaning that the mattress underneath ages much more slowly. - Hygienic properties — for allergy sufferers, hypoallergenic materials, mite resistance, and a cover that can be washed at higher temperatures are essential.
- Dimension — The topper must copy the mattress exactly. We sew custom toppers for non-standard beds.

Paper specifications are a good start, but a topper is primarily a matter of touch. Service from import to liquidation
We offer a complete service for toppers and mattresses that will save you hassle. Import and installation we'll bring it to the bedroom — we'll carry in the topper, unwrap it, and place it on the mattress. And if the old topper or mattress has seen better days, we'll take care of their disposal. Ecological disposalWhen we deliver, we'll take them away directly and hand them over for expert recycling, so you don't have to worry about the recycling centre or ordering a container. For non-standard sizes, we'll also help with the measurements, so your new topper will fit perfectly.
