It's precisely the combination of these parameters that determines whether you'll wake up refreshed or with a stiff neck. In this guide, we'll explain how to understand each parameter and how to choose a pillow that's perfectly suited to your sleeping style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>Why feathers: what down feathers can do and what contour feathers can do<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The basis of a good choice is to understand what a down pillow is made of.
